Uptime solutions like Guard Dog Connect and Mack ASIST keep your time in the shop to a minimum. Mack’s Guard Dog Connect is a vehicle monitoring system that can diagnose issues, schedule repairs, and order parts, sometimes before you even realize there’s an issue. It’s standard on all Class 8 models powered by Mack MP engines.
Mack ASIST is a web-based service management system that allows fleet managers and service providers to work together in real time to expedite repairs and maximize uptime.
Coordinated, driver-friendly solutions help you manage costs, reduce downtime and optimize performance for your Mack.
Mack also has introduced a new Premium Service Agreement, a comprehensive maintenance program aimed at simplifying maintenance management, increasing uptime, optimizing safety and improving cost of ownership. Additional repairs, such as warranty work or more advanced diagnostics, can be completed under the same roof at Surgenor Truck Group, so trucks do not need to be removed from operation for separate service visits.
Another key benefit is that customers financing through Volvo Financial Services (VFS) can bundle the Volvo Blue Contract with their truck payment on a single invoice.

By enrolling in Isuzu's Priority Service Maintenance Program, you'll enhance your operating efficiency and help control your cost of ownership. By financing the cost of the Program, you'll gain financial predictability by having a fixed payment for a lease or finance term that you choose. In addition, as a Priority Service Maintenance Program customer, your vehicle will be entered into Isuzu's maintenance system and receive service priority at Surgenor Truck.
